The Legal Secretariat, which also functions as the Faculty of Law under Medicina- Azteca University Branch campus, is headed by Prof.Dr.Lakshman Madurasinghe, and is the main body that supervises the funding and investment negotiations and provides expert consultative services on legal instruments to the AUGP group and to individual investors or governments. The Therapeutic Jurisprudence Centre functions within it as a volunteer research unit.

Prof. Dr Lakshman Madurasinghe is the Chairman of Medicina and Senior  International Governor Legal and Vice-Chancellor AUGP USA.    He is a Senior Professor at Azteca University, North America and the Senior Vice President of Legal Global Consultancies LLC, Albany, NY 12207, USA .

Professor is also a Member of the World Jurist Association, Washington DC and the International Bar Association, London.

In 1966 she started her study in the Faculty of Political-Legal Sciences in the University of Tirana and graduated in 1970.

In 1970 Makbule Çeço started working as a pedagogue in the Faculty of Political-Legal Sciences in the University of Tirana, Albania.

In 1997 she worked as an external pedagogue if the Faculty of Law in the University of Tirana.

From 2005 she is an external pedagogue in the master’s programs in the Faculty of Law in the University of Tirana.

Makbule Çeço, from 2008, is also a pedagogue and dean in the Faculty of Law, in the University “Of Justicia” in Tirana.

Therapeutic Jurisprudence Centre, jointly with Medicina, functions as an independent voluntary global centre that shares articles, research, commendations, and critiques generated from diverse forums worldwide to educate our students, members, and connected legal institutions regarding the value of Therapeutic Jurisprudence. We also have access to our own Neuroscience Centre and its sophisticated equipment for additional research.

Thus, we have been strong proponents worldwide in adopting the use of more comprehensive, psychologically optimal, and emotionally intelligent means of dealing with conflicts.
